Our fit over fifty classes are designed for anyone who needs a low impact, safe and gentle alternative to exercise. Perfect for older adults, injury rehabilitation or those new to exercise.

We have a focus on building strength and flexibility, balance, co-ordination and bone density. All the exercises we perform are slow, gentle and we do not do any exercises laying on the ground. 

 

Alternative exercises are demonstrated as required. These classes are non-judgemental space and all abilities are welcome to participate.

Classes are outdoors on a Monday and Wednesday at 7:30am in Sandgate. 

 

Casual basis - no membership required.
