Our 45 minute kids fitness classes are designed especially for your 8-12 year old to get fit and strong in a non-competitive and fun environment. 

These classes are suited to all abilities and are a judgement free zone. Your child will be free to be themselves and make new friends along the way. 

We use games and age appropriate exercises with a focus on teaching correct exercise technique from a young age. They will learn how to train their body in a safe and effective way for life. 

Maddie is a fully qualified personal trainer with a passion for teaching young people to love themselves and love their body. 

Classes are run in Sandgate at 4pm on Thursday. $12 per class or $110 for 10.
