GROUP FITNESS

Our group fitness classes incorporate a combination of weights, cardio circuits, boxing and bodyweight exercises. These classes are a great way to get your heart pumping - either by the beautiful Sandgate waterfront, or in our well-equipped, air-conditioned studio. 

Over 60's Classes are run on a Monday and Wednesday at 11am. These are a gentle approach to improving strength and fitness with emphasis on balance, co-ordination and muscle tone

INDIVIDUAL PT

Our personal training packages are tailored to your individual health and fitness goals. Our trainers are experts in postural analysis, nutritional advice and exercise technique. The needs of each client are carefully assessed and analysed with a strong focus on helping you achieve your goals. 

 SMALL GROUP PT

Buddy personal training includes all the benefits of individual training in a more cost-effective way.  Our buddy PT sessions are still tailored towards the individual, with nutritional advice and exercise options carefully considered. Grab a friend and get started today.

MUMS AND BUBS CLASS

Mums and bubs are a perfect option for new mums with babies from 6 weeks to 12 months. All exercises are tailored specifically to get you back to your pre-baby condition in strength and fitness. Our favourite local cafe is even offering $1 off coffee after ever session!

*You will require a letter from your doctor if your baby is under 12 weeks*

GENTLE STRENGTH EXERCISE

Our gentle strength classes are designed for anyone who needs a low impact, safe and gentle alternative to exercise. Perfect for older adults, injury rehabilitation or those new to exercise. We have 5 classes a week to choose from and run on a casual basis - no membership required.
