OUR CLASSES

         

Enjoying an outdoor group fitness class.

Our group fitness classes incorporate a combination of weights, cardio circuits, boxing and bodyweight exercises. These classes are a great way to get your heart pumping, meet new people and relieve stress.

(Some classes are currently being run over Skype with some outdoor classes starting. Please refer to timetable)

Our mobile personal training packages are tailored to your individual health and fitness goals. Our trainers are experts in postural analysis, nutritional advice and exercise technique. The needs of each client are carefully assessed and analysed with a strong focus on helping you achieve your goals. We will come to your home at a time that suits you or we can also run the session over a live video feed. A small mobile fee may apply for distances over 10km.

KIDS FITNESS

Our kids fitness classes are designed to get your 5-12 year olds up and moving in a non-competitive, fun environment. We have small class sizes to ensure your child learns correct technique while developing a love of fitness for life. 

Programs run each school term for primary school aged children. 

Buddy personal training includes all the benefits of individual training in a more cost-effective way.  Our buddy PT sessions are still tailored towards the individual, with nutritional advice and exercise options carefully considered. Grab a friend and get started today. We come to your home at a time that suits you or we can also run the session over a live video feed. A small mobile fee may apply for distances over 10km.

TEEN FITNESS

Our teen fitness classes are designed to get your 12-15 year olds up and moving in a non-competitive, fun environment. We have small class sizes to ensure your child learns correct technique while developing a love of fitness for life. 

Pay as you go or 10 session passes available.
