Our 30 minute teen fitness classes are designed especially for your 12-15 year old to get fit and strong in a non-competitive and fun environment.
In a world full of conflicting information and unrealistic body standards, we will encourage your child to build their self-esteem, develop a healthy body image and love their body from the inside, out.
These classes are suited to all abilities and are a judgement free zone. Your child will be free to be themselves and make new friends along the way.
By teaching correct exercise technique from a young age, they will learn how to train their body in a safe and effective way for life.
Maddie is a fully qualified personal trainer with a passion for teaching young people to love themselves and love their body.
Classes are run in Sandgate at 4:45pm on a Tuesday and Thursday
